The Secret to Perfect Health
I am continually amazed at how many people do not understand what is the secret to perfect health. Let me explain.
There are two things you must do to create the type of health you want. They are nutrition and exercise.
You must eat the right food and at the right times. These are basic additives to perfect health.
Nutrition comes from the foods you eat, to your exercise. How do I know all this?
Your metabolic rate is the base to determine what you will eat in a day or calorie intake. If your metabolic rate is high, you will naturally eat more calories and you will start to lose weight. The only way you can lose weight if you have a high metabolism is by reducing your caloric intake or burning more calories than you take. 조루 치료
How do I know if my metabolic rate is high?
If you eat foods that are high in carbohydrates, your metabolic rate will increase and this will naturally cause you to gain weight.Carbohydrates are made of chemical coenzymes, I do not like synthetic coenzymes, I prefer the natural ones. Your biological age is also an factor to determine the amount of energy you use during exercise. A young person will have a high metabolism but tend to use more calories. As we get older, although our metabolism may still be high, the decline in our metabolic rate will result in us using fewer calories. As a result, we will lose muscle and body fat, and become more static. This is why as we get older, we become static and tired. The decline in our metabolism is directly responsible for this.
You can determine whether or not your metabolic rate is high by measuring it once a month. You can do this at the same time as you exercise to determine if your metabolism is changing. When you measure your BMR, it should be between 5 and 8.5. Any decline in this between 1 to 2% will result in you losing weight and becoming less energetic. Any increase above 4% will cause you to gain weight and if you have less than 24% of BMR, you will lose weight. As you get older, this number will consistently decrease.
What should you eat?
The best foods are high in complex carbs, such as whole grain bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and beans. Stay away from simple carbohydrates such as white flour products, white sugar, flour products, cereals, toasts and pastries. If you are a young person, enhance your carb intake with a vegetable, fruit, whole grain, legumes, and dairy products. This will help you control your weight and you will also have plenty of energy.
What should you do?
First, if you are overweight, make sure you work to reduce your weight. You can do this by exercising, eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water or other liquids, and reducing caloric intake. If you are too overweight, see your doctor for the best way to lose weight. There are several methods, such as exercising more, dieting, and taking medications.
